Assistant Project Manager

Our client is a firm of construction cost and commercial consultants working on projects in the UK and worldwide. They now have a role for an Assistant Project Manager to work as part of a team in Nigeria on a very high value project consisting of both building and civil engineering elements. You will assist the senior project manager. This role is for around 2 years. Ideally you will be Degree qualified and either chartered or working towards chartered status, have good all round construction experience, probably have worked as a project manager for either a firm of construction consultants or a main contractor and have worked on high value projects.

Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an international firm of construction and commercial consultants with offices in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, seeks a senior level Quantity Surveyor who has experience in the procurement of contracts, contract packaging and also doing tender reviews plus other QS duties to join a team working on a very large construction project in Nigeria. This project consists of both building and civil engineering elements so someone with broad based quantity surveying experience would be ideal. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager as part of a team. This role is for at least 2 years.
